Developed alongside Orbea FMD Racing and tested on World Cup tracks, the Rallon DH combines a carbon chassis with 200mm of suspension travel and a low centre of gravity. Its progressive suspension design balances sensitivity over small bumps with support through bigger impacts. Reduced pedal kickback and carefully controlled braking forces help the rear suspension stay active over rough terrain while keeping the bike predictable at speed.
Adjustability that makes a difference
Different tracks call for different setups. Rallon DH offers several ways to fine-tune its handling and suspension without complicated modifications. The flip chip changes rear suspension progression between 25% and 30%, while adjustable headset cups allow ±0.75° of head angle adjustment. Riders can also choose between 442mm and 450mm chainstays to favour quicker handling or greater stability. Combined with the low-mounted GravityLink system and adjustable frame weights, these options allow the Rallon DH to be set up for everything from tight technical sections to fast and rough downhill tracks.
