Universal headset cable collector for HS02 internal cable routing systems. Allows Orbea frames to run standard non OC HS02 stems with round headset spacers while keeping cables cleanly guided through the headset. When used with standard stems, the original Orbea Spinblock steering limiter function is no longer active.
